The School of Culinary and Finishing Art (SCAFA) progresses the love of cooking into the ability of preparing great food, whether for the home chef cooking for their family, the aspiring chef or professional chefs seeking new skills. We offer long term professional certification as well as recreational classes to teach our students the techniques and etiquette of fine cooking.
