Run & Race provide running coaching to individuals at all levels of experience; from beginners looking to go from couch to their first 5K or 10k, all the way through to elite runners looking to get more out of their training. Our UK Level 4 Long Distance and Marathon coaching staff create bespoke training plans, based on individuals past history and future aspirations, then are able to follow this up with one to one or group training sessions. With over a decade of race organisation experience in house, Run & Race also offer race consultancy including formal risk assessments, marshalling and equipment & systems advice. Also we can offer race organisers tried and tested marketing services including race websites, flyer design and email communication.
