I believe that implementation is everything. That’s why I created Run Pure to provide the environment that will help you find your running sweet spot. I want to help you develop great running technique, a strong robust body and be able to adapt and optimise your own training plan. Are you one of these three types: 1. Runners starting out on their running journey and aiming to have as smooth a ride as possible, while successfully navigating the injury risk associated with running. 2. Frustrated runners who have had issues with recurrent or persistent injury that are limiting your enjoyment and performance. 3. Runners who are putting in the hard work, not getting the reward, and want to troubleshoot their processes in order to move forward. If so, then I can help. I’ve been working in high-performance sport as a physiotherapist with some of Australia’s best track and field athletes for over 5 years. So I know what goes into high-performance systems and I want you to benefit from that experience.
