RSB Infrastructure Pvt Ltd (formerly known as RSB Infrastructure Ltd) was established in the year 1999 as a group of companies of RSB Projects Ltd to carry out the work of infrastructure in the field of civil engineering. The company is engaged in providing construction of buildings- high rise/ institutional/ data centre/ industrial and infra projects. RSB Infrastructure Ltd entered into agreement with M/s B E Billimoria & Co Ltd, (BEBL) Mumbai in the year 2007 to form a new company called Bebanco Northern Contracts Limited (BNCL) with its head quarters at A-34, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase – I, New Delhi – 110 020. M/s RSB Infrastructure Ltd is holding a share of 26% with balance share being held by BEBL. BNCL was founded with the intention of taking and executing efficiently Civil Engineering Contracts in the Northern Region which otherwise would have been executed directly by BEBL. Mr Suresh Gupta was appointed as the Managing Director of the company (BNCL) with the mandate to bid, take and execute the contracts.
