Riservi is a business-to-business-to-consumer tool and service that helps restaurants take and manage reservations while also connecting them with potential diners. Both restaurants and diners have interconnected needs. For our restaurant clients, we offer the Host App, an integrated software solution (web and iPad) that computerizes the operations of the restaurant's host replacing the traditional reservation books that still to date are pen and paper in Latin America to a platform that enables them to optimize their seating chart, build a customer database, analytics and remarket to those customers. For our diners we have developed web and mobile apps as a more convenient and easier method to see the availability and discounts of restaurants, find and filter, and make real-time reservations.
