CRMSolutions was founded by Lance J. Miller. Lance Miller is President/CEO of CRMSolutions, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and services company. CRMSolutions' products and services are based on advanced marketing automation, strategic marketing and analytical constructs. Lance is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry trade shows where his knowledge of CRM is in high demand. Immediately prior to forming CRMSolutions, Lance was Chief Technology Officer (CTO), CIO, and VP, Technology for Customer Insight Company. Prior to that, he served as the CIO for Woodward-Clyde, Inc. VP, Software for Solbourne Computer and General Manager for Cray Research's real-time division. As a software development engineer, Lance worked on several areas including: operating systems, databases, data warehouses, decision support (DSS/EIS), data visualization, CRM, and very large database technologies. Mr. Miller is an experienced executive with skills covering mergers and acquisitions, venture finance, and responsibility for P&L generation. He formed two venture companies and serves on Boards of Directors. Mr. Miller holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MBA (Strategic Marketing) from Chadwick University.
