(RMG) is a privately held Delaware-based “C” corporation which owns and operates the world’s largest portfolio combining rural-based satellite/cable delivered media and entertainment companies including: * RFD-TV, LLC – Operates a cable TV network with approximately 40 million subscribers via DISH Network (231), DIRECTV (345), Verizon FiOS TV (247), Time Warner, Comcast, Mediacom, Charter, Bresnan, Brighthouse, Cox, and more than 600 independent rural cable systems. * RFD-TV The Magazine, LLC - Publishes a bi-monthly companion magazine to over 165,000 paid subscribers. * RFD-TV The Theatre, LLC – Operates a 2,000 soft-seat theatre headquartered in Branson, Missouri used to showcase national talent and other rural favorites.
