Unlimited Credits FAQ

Feel free to explore and use your lookups without any concerns. We encourage you to perform as many lookups as you’d like, though we do have a monthly limit of 10,000 lookups to prevent abuse and protect our customers.

You can upgrade to our Pro or Ultimate plans that support phone data.

You can always upgrade to a plan that supports additional exports or you can reach out to our sales team for custom team plans here.

A lookup pulls the contact data of the person and stores it within the RocketReach platform. An export allows you to download the data in CSV format or move the data to a third-party system such as Salesforce, Zapier, SalesLoft, etc. 

The following features all use your export credits: API lookups, bulk lookups, downloading your data in a CSV file, uploading a list, and exporting your data to a CRM
