Rolling out a powerful set of product updates that make RocketReach faster, smarter, and more reliable to help you outreach more efficiently.

Advanced CSV Exports with AI Enrichments

Exporting contacts is now faster and more flexible. You can choose exactly which data fields to include in your exports. This is one of our most requested features and eliminates the need to clean up spreadsheets or remove unnecessary columns. Instead, you get only the data that matters, streamlining the entire export to action workflow.

We’ve also added AI-powered enrichments directly into CSV exports, giving you richer context in every file with no extra steps required. The result is cleaner, more complete spreadsheets that are ready to plug into your outreach or CRM.

The first two AI enrichments now available:

  • Decision-Maker Identification: Instantly see which profiles are most likely to be key decision makers, so you can focus your outreach where it matters most
  • Background Summaries: Get concise summaries of a person’s professional history for faster context

And this is just the start. More AI enrichments and export improvements are on the way to make your exports even more valuable.

Smarter Outreach at Scale

Our Messages and our Organize features continue to gain momentum, with users sending thousands of emails daily through RocketReach. To make your outreach even more effective, we’ve added new enhancements designed to help you connect at the right time and keep your team aligned.

Recipient Business-Hour Sending for Higher Engagement: Autopilot and Follow-Up emails are now automatically queued and sent between 8am and 5pm in each recipient’s local time, Monday–Friday. This ensures your messages land during business hours when prospects are most likely to engage. One-time messages still send immediately when you hit send.

Stay Organized Across Your Team: In March, we rolled out a smarter way to manage contacts with tags and notes, a mini-CRM right in RocketReach, that has helped users keep outreach organized. Building on your feedback, we’re excited to announce that team tags for companies will be rolling out to Pro, Ultimate and Custom Team Plan users over the next month. Team tags will create shared tags across your organization that will help keep everyone aligned, increase visibility into team activity, and eliminate duplicate outreach. 

Salesforce Integration Updates for More Flexibility: We’ve expanded our Salesforce integration so your team can run coordinated, professional outreach at scale.

  • Tags as export fields: Easily map RocketReach tags into Salesforce for better segmentation and reporting. Learn more about tags here
  • Locked field overwrite: Users can now update the “Update Action” to overwrite previously locked fields—ensuring RocketReach data stays fresh in Salesforce records.

Data Quality & Search Improvements

We know data quality is mission-critical and we continue to double down on freshness and accuracy. 

  • 20M new emails and 4M new phone numbers have been added from our proprietary data sources, with 3.4M emails and 2M phones being added in our healthcare provider profiles.
  • 3.8M less relevant profiles removed to keep your searches clean.
  • Profile freshness tagging: Profiles without current employment are now clearly marked as “past,” with tooltips showing last employment dates.
  • Faster search: Improved speed and infrastructure upgrades are now rolling out to every paid user over the next month.

API Enhancements

For our developer community, we’ve made a number of updates to make building with RocketReach easier, faster, and more secure.

Better Docs, Easier Testing

  • A refreshed look and feel at docs.rocketreach.co makes it easier to navigate and find what you need.
  • “Try it” functionality is now available for each endpoint, so you can test calls directly in the docs.
  • Code samples can be instantly translated into multiple languages for faster implementation.

Improved API Functionality

  • Usage reporting is now available in the account endpoint for better visibility into API consumption.
  • Increased rate limits for our Pro and Ultimate self-service plans (full details here).
  • Webhook authentication for more secure integrations.
  • Bulk API Lookups now support a metadata query parameter, letting you append external IDs, notes, or tags to track specific requests.
