REACT CX is a UK based customer experience measurement and improvement specialist. Based in the Cotswolds, UK, we specialise in the creation and management of intelligent mystery shopping programmes; and linking mystery shopping to profitability for our clients. The company is a part of the Lodge Service International retail consultancy group (which was formed in 1919 and has been headquartered in the UK since 1939). Through our extensive network of trained assessors, REACT CX operates independently of training and incentive agencies. We are therefore able to provide objective, expert advice. REACT CX works closely with its client’s in-house training and incentive departments to help ensure that maximum benefit is derived from the results of performance measurement studies.
