At Rapid we believe in creativity mixed with engineering and ongoing innovation to push not just ourselves, but also our partner and client collaborations. Learning new things and always giving your best is essential to our company culture. We're an international workplace where people come together from a diverse range of backgrounds, cultures, and locations around the world. Together we call Gothenburg home, and it’s the unique spark that happens when people meet, collaborate, and share new ideas that creates the “a ha” moment we’re all looking for. Our learn, change, and lead culture is built upon a strong belief that failure is an essential part of the journey to success. We encourage new initiatives and take an open and friendly approach to work in an environment that is founded on the Swedish and Scandinavian mentality.
