Quicksource SSS Ltd Information

Quicksource SSS was formed in 1999 as a joint venture between the Houston based Quicksource, Inc. and the local firm, Southeastern Support Services Ltd. Quicksource Inc. had been a longstanding supplier of procurement services to Amoco (now BP Trinidad & Tobago Limited) locally and internationally and Southeastern Support Services was a local procurement service provider for locally sourced materials. The new alliance in Quicksource SSS combined the experience and expertise of the two companies to provide excellent service capabilities for locally and foreign sourced items. The Company is dedicated to being the best procurement services company locally and regionally by consistently meeting our customers' needs and exceeding their expectations at the most economical cost. We have embarked on a process of continuous improvement that has resulted in decreasing cycle time, increased "response-ability" and achievement of increased cost savings for our clients. In meeting our customers requirements, our major, and perhaps most important, concern is the understanding of their needs. We have been building on two pillars to ensure that these needs are met: People and Process. Our people are well trained and are service-oriented. Our key personnel have had extensive experience in all aspects of Supply Chain Management. Our process is continually reviewed with the involvement of our customers. Processing is highly automated through the e-zSMS program that was developed specifically for us. Through e-zSMS reporting capability, we can measure performance throughout the supply chain. We operate on the island of Trinidad, the larger of the two main islands making up the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago. The main office is located in Guayaguayare and we have strategic branch operations in Diego Martin and San Fernando, giving us island-wide coverage and accessibility.
