SeaJade Investments, real estate brokers and property consultants, has 21 years experience in the Tobago market. We are one of only three registered brokers on the island, and members of the national Association of Real Estate Agents (AREA) which was incorporated by act of parliament in 2012. The Association's aim is to regulate the operation of the real estate profession in T&T via a strict Code of Ethics and standards of professional conduct. SeaJade is also a member of the Tobago Hotel and Tourism Association, our largest private sector NGO, as well as the national T&T Group of Professional Associations, and we are naturally registered with the Financial Intelligence Unit as mandated by anti money-laundering and terrorism funding legislation. SeaJade specialises in sales, of house and land, and larger parcels of land for tourism development purposes. We do informal appraisals of value for our clients, or we can recommend Chartered Valuators where a formal Valuation Report is needed. We can also advise on the selection of an attorney, bank mortgage, local architect and planning/construction services as well as investment incentives.
