Quadel Consulting has been a leading national expert in public housing since 1975, working with local agencies to improve or administer Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs, HUD-subsidized multifamily housing programs, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs, disaster recovery housing services and more. Quadel’s employees work from offices in Maryland, Indiana, North Carolina, Arizona, and Tennessee, with remote staff based in nearly every state to support clients nationwide from Denver to Dallas, from Chicago to Atlanta.
