Quadel Consulting has been a leading national expert in public housing since 1974, working with local agencies to improve or administer Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs, HUD-subsidized multifamily housing programs, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs, disaster recovery housing services and more. Our proprietary web-based quality and performance management system, QualCheck, has proven an effective tool providing consistent, reliable and objective quality-control monitoring and reporting for HCV and public housing programs. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., Quadel's 150 employees work from offices in Maryland, Indiana, North Carolina and Tennessee.
