Primary Point (PPI) specializes in projects involving telephone survey, telephone to web recruitment, or custom sample development. Our projects typically involve complex IT or business issues and establishing dialogue with mid and senior level decision-makers who are hard to identify and hard to engage. We can supplement your existing vendor or manage all facets of a project. We are particularly good at projects where target respondent names (sample) are unavailable for purchase. For example, if a client were to come to us with a list of target companies, we would network within these companies to indentify contacts in functional roles as defined by our client. PPI can also provide services using hybrid models that combine online and telephone, and where required, cutting edge online survey design platforms and capabilities using best of breed technologies.
