PMSolutions is an independent management and technology consulting company based in Bucharest, Romania. Our area of expertise ranges from business process analysis and business process reengineering using IT, IT system design, implementation management and audit, to project management for large infrastructure projects. We are at core a project management and technology oriented consulting company and we are proud to have been involved in some of the largest IT systems integration projects in Romania. In the last 20 years we have also specialised in preparing and managing EU funded projects in IT, infrastructure and energy, working with both central and local administrations and large private companies, with a project portfolio worth in excess of 1bn Euro. As a third line of business, our construction project management department is able to manage large scale office fit-out and office relocation projects and our impressive customer portfolio and successful project track record proves this.
