Through our Placer Skills Academy we deliver our Work Readiness Programme in partnership with schools, colleges, employability organisations and employability professionals, consisting of: - 32 CPD-accredited online training courses to choose from such as Time Management, Teamwork Skills, Stress Management, Speaking Confidently etc. - DISC psychometric assessment to help increase self awareness on behaviour traits combined with recommendations for self-development and career ideas - Unlimited access to our AI Interview Coach to help practice interviews with coaching feedback to improve delivery Through our Placer Apprenticeships platform, we can also help young people secure apprenticeships by surfacing opportunities to apply for combined with being discovered directly through our partnerships with apprenticeship recruiters. We also have an Inspiration Blog, featuring two new apprentices every week sharing their stories, challenges and advice for how to move from education or unemployment into apprenticeships.
