Pertamina Foundation Information

Pertamina Foundation is a foundation that was established to increase the effectiveness of activities related to corporate social and environmental responsibility through an integrated, focused, broad impact, and sustainable program. This foundation was a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero) with the function of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Pertamina Foundation was established under the initial name Pertamina Employee Welfare Foundation (YKPP) on May 15, 1986 by PT. Pertamina (Persero). After 25 years running, YKPP which is engaged in the social and humanitarian sector was changed its name to Pertamina Foundation on January 12, 2011. Pertamina Foundation has strong support from its holding, PT Pertamina (Persero) and from other affiliates. This collaboration can achieve the vision and mission outlined through PFprestasi, PFmuda, PFbangkit, PFsains, PFpreneur, and regional program. These programs aim to achieve the mission of the Pertamina Foundation, including: 1. Community empowerment through social innovation, creative economy development, and entrepreneurship. 2. Implementing a learning model by developing access and improving the quality of education and culture. 3. Encourage the development of new and renewable energy innovations, and inspire people with an environmentally friendly culture. 4. Care for vulnerable groups and communities in Eastern Indonesia. Pertamina Foundation, with the support of PT Pertamina (Persero) and the spirit of create, give, and collaborate, is committed to realizing the vision of becoming a modern, trusted, and world-class foundation.
