Peak Performance Information

Peak Performance is a health and wellness company that specializes in bridging the gap between the sciences of nutrition and exercise and the practices of eating for peak health and sport performance. We work with Canadian national teams and athletes at the international, national, provincial and professional levels; masters athletes; and young athletes at the recreational and elite levels. We develop and deliver corporate health and wellness programs throughout the National Capital region. We conduct community level research on physical activity and nutrition in partnership with CAAWS (Canadian Association for the Advancement of Women and Girls in Sport).
