Open Origin develops customer-backed industrial capacity for green fuels, chemical products, factories and data centers. We bring land, technology, financing and integrated utilities together to deliver the capacity businesses need to grow. Our approach combines on-site green power with water, heat, cooling, wastewater treatment and fiber backhaul. Customers can secure product supply through long-term offtake agreements or lease factory and data center shells with utilities included. For qualifying investment-grade customers, or customers backed by investment-grade guarantees, we arrange financing without requiring customer construction capital. We lead site selection, design, permitting and construction, and remain accountable for utility delivery. For chemical projects, we also operate the production facility.
