Emily Sterling Hall is the Founder & CEO of Olive Grove, a Silicon Valley based firm that works internationally toward their vision of “A Vibrant and Just Society.” While she has provided a comprehensive range of consulting services to boards and CEOs (strategy, governance, scaling and growth plans, founder transitions, and more), her primary focus currently is working with highly innovative, paradigm-shifting projects and ideas. She partners with those who are driven to challenge historical assumptions and approaches, and who are motivated to work in collaboration with others to generate, catalyze, and test new ideas – those which will excite and challenge. Emily and Olive Grove focus on: 1. Working one-on-one and convening peer circles with successful, creative, passionate, and influential entrepreneurs as they begin to explore additional ways to craft their legacy beyond the business realm. 2. Serving as senior advisor, coach, and thought partner to foundation and nonprofit board chairs and CEOs who are navigating significant, complex inflection points (huge growth, turnaround, founder transition, merger or collaboration, strategic shift, etc.) 3. Partnering with innovative philanthropists, community leaders, and nonprofits through exploratory convenings to catalyze new experiments and explore creative solutions to shared challenges. 4. Presenting, thought leadership, teaching, and facilitating exploration of any of these topics.
