ODE Management is a global professional speaker management agency. We represent keynote speakers internationally, with teams in the northern and southern hemispheres and clients across the USA, Europe, Asia and Australia. A speakers bureau serves the client. A speaker management company serves the speaker. We handle representation, bookings, bureau relationships, positioning, topic development, speaker marketing assets, showreels and topic videos, fee strategy and the day to day running of a speaking career, so our speakers can put their energy into the stage instead of chasing what comes next. Our speakers are not signed exclusively to us, which means being managed by ODE makes you more sellable through every bureau in the world rather than less. That is deliberate, and it is why I keep management and bureau as two separate companies. We represent speakers including Michael McQueen, Alan Kohler, Tracey Spicer and Adam Spencer. Most of the speakers we manage in Australia are billing over $500,000 a year in speaking, and our job is taking them past a million. In the US I built speakers from $500,000 to $2 million.
