Niche Group is a professional construction firm operating across NewZealand. We deliver multidisciplinary, vertically integrated construction services, including D&B, ECI, and main contractor roles. While we invest in construction technology such as offsite manufacturing, we remain a main contractor at heart. Headquartered in Petone, Lower Hutt, we deliver both modular and traditional construction across both private and public sectors, producing turnkey solutions for a range of customers including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, police and defence, and oil and gas projects. Our team of 150+ professionals manages projects from early contractor involvement through to handover, with a track record of more than 1,000 completed projects. We select the construction method that best serves the project. When programme certainty, cost certainty, or live-environment delivery is critical, our modular capability gives clients a defensible completion date from day one. When a project demands bespoke structural complexity, we deliver traditional construction to the same standard. We help our clients achieve their modular building goals by working closely with architects, designers, and other key stakeholders to develop designs that are appropriate to off-site manufacturing while responding to the site environment and end-user needs.
