Alacrity Solutions acquired NCA Group in 2015. As part of the acquisition, all services and team members were integrated into the enterprise. As part of Alacrity, we are able to offer a complete P&C insurance solution including field and desk adjusting services, temporary housing solutions, contents replacement and evaluation, call center operations, and a managed repair program – all of which are now available to our clients. The specialty commercial and auto lines of business offered by PDA further enhance and expand Alacrity’s end-to-end claim solutions.
