Model Group is an integrated property development, construction, and management company with a mission to positively transform communities and a passion for revitalizing urban neighborhoods. Model Group has developed more than $1.5 billion in real estate, routinely layering public and private financing tools to successfully solve the most complex problems faced by our partners and the communities we serve. Our partners include private investors, mission-based non-profits, civic leadership, and a range of additional financial partners.
