Metric & Multistandard is a wholesale distributor of Metric Fasteners and industrial components. The oldest and most experienced "metric only" distributor in the USA, more than 98% of our sales are "business to business" - both at the resale and end-user level. We do not have an outside sales force; rather we build our business by offering outstanding customer service, immediate product availability and superior technical knowledge and support. Resale Customers - Since our resale partners are the backbone of our success, we are careful to protect them by offering them (and only them) the most aggressive prices possible across our entire range of products. Higher volume resale partners are given the opportunity to enroll in our "Volumetrics" program that offers even deeper discounts and added benefits like "private brand labels." OEM & MRO Customers - Since many OEM & MRO businesses do not have local distributors who can adequately supply their metric requirements, Metric & Multistandard has always been willing to accommodate their needs in a manner that does not conflict with our resellers. Although OEM & MRO customers do receive quantity discounts on their orders, the NET prices offered to them are fair and consistent with the prices theoretically offered by our resellers. Similar in concept to the Volumetrics resale program above, the "MaxMetric" OEM program is geared toward higher volume end-user customers. Since many of our products are difficult to find locally, we do accept orders from individuals via credit card over the internet.
