After traveling all over the world to study yoga with instructors such as Richard Freeman and Duncan Wong, Michelle returned to Los Angeles to create a home for MeshYoga and teach students her philosophy on alignment: by achieving alignment with your physical body in yoga, your inner world becomes more aligned and precise as well.
