Japan Traditional Foods Inc. (J.T.F.) was established in 2006. Two years later, the very specialized natto making process was transferred from Japan to our facility in California's Sonoma County Wine Country, the home of so many cutting edge agricultural products, including fermentation and organic food manufacturing. Since 2008, Japan Traditional Foods, Inc. has been producing and distributing the highest quality of organic, naturally fermented natto in the United States. On July 31, 2013, Japan Traditional Foods, Inc. completed a restructuring of our company so that our new name became MegumiNATTO, Inc. As MegumiNATTO, we remain dedicated to producing the highest quality of organic and no-GMO natto so that we can ensure that you will enjoy our natto not only for its unique flavor, but for the wonderful health benefits of its special enzymes as well as Vitamin K2.
