At Defined Motion, it is our mission to create a nurturing, inspiring, and rewarding experience with Lyons and the surrounding community. Through dance and the healing arts, Defined Motion aspires to provide quality classes and productions that fuel the mind, body, and spirit for a healthy lifestyle. We are excited to be offering online Zoom classes to continue to move, find wellness, & connect. We will gladly accept your current punch passes and membership for classes. We also do NOT want finances to stop you from receiving these classes, so we welcome $0-$20 for class. You do need to register for classes in order to receive the zoom link for each class. Registration is free and must be done 15 minutes prior to class start time.
