As tea experts, they know the flavours, stories and rituals behind every blend — and love helping customers find their perfect cup. In the heart of Collingwood, our support office is where ideas steep. Fuelled by endless pots of tea and inspired by its eclectic neighbourhood, our teams collaborate across brand, e-commerce, wholesale, technology, operations, strategy and more to create the next delicious thing. Our Melbourne distribution centre keeps the tea moving. It’s the operational hub that sends tea, teawares and gifts to our stores and directly to tea lovers’ doors. With a team of 30, it’s a lively, hands-on environment where every parcel helps make someone’s day a little more delicious. heytea , Originator Of New Style Tea heytea was born in a small alley called Jiangbianli in China. In a shop of less than 30 square meters, we devoted ourselves to creating products we genuinely love and sharing them with the world-sparking the new-style tea movement with our original Cheese Tea. Starting from a humble alley in a small town, we dreamed of doing something truly cool: beginning with inspiration, staying committed to quality ingredients, and giving ancient Eastern tea a fresh, modern spirit. Through every cup, we aspire to bring a sense of inspiration and zen to everyone.
