Today, our innovative product development, sustainability progress and industry leading eCommerce experience are supported by our Collingwood support office, Melbourne distribution centre and 60 retail stores across Australia and New Zealand. Our stores are immersive, colourful and full of discovery. Iconic products line the shelves, delicious samples are always brewing, and our teams bring the magic to life every day. As tea experts, they know the flavours, stories and rituals behind every blend — and love helping customers find their perfect cup. In the heart of Collingwood, our support office is where ideas steep. Fuelled by endless pots of tea and inspired by its eclectic neighbourhood, our teams collaborate across brand, e-commerce, wholesale, technology, operations, strategy and more to create the next delicious thing. Our Melbourne distribution centre keeps the tea moving. It’s the operational hub that sends tea, teawares and gifts to our stores and directly to tea lovers’ doors. With a team of 30, it’s a lively, hands-on environment where every parcel helps make someone’s day a little more delicious.
