Lockars is deploying the largest parcel locker network in Europe. Starting in the UK in 2021 with plans for 10K lockers in London and 25K in the other major urban cities. The network is open for all retailers and carriers to use and there will be a locker within 300m of someones home. Parcel lockers have proven to decrease the number of vans required, leading to a significant reduction of C02 emissions of 70% between a home delivery and a parcel locker delivery. Reduction of 14,500 delivery vans makes this the most sustainable parcel delivery solution in the UK
