Granola; reimagined. This is not your typical granola. Ours is soft-baked, chewy, cluster-heavy, and dangerously easy to eat straight from the bag. LL's Kitchen was started by Lindsey Mifsud: former college softball pitcher, certified nutrition coach, and someone who spent years at war with food. Recovering from an eating disorder taught her what diet culture never did: nutrition can be simple AND delicious. On her journey to rebuilding her relationship with food, during the pandemic Lindsey started cooking with the goal of making nutrient dense foods taste amazing. Granola was one of those recipes. One day during the pandemic, her Noni asked her to make a batch for her with ingredients in her kitchen (blood orange infused olive oil and apricots from her famous biscotti recipe) and inspired Lindsey to sell it. Friends and family began ordering. Then reorders. Then strangers did. Then came farmers' markets that sold out most weekends. Today you'll find us in every Sprouts nationwide. In June of 2026 we launched straight into the main granola aisle and bypassed the traditional forager program. Turns out nobody had seen granola like this.... The mission hasn't changed: make healthy eating feel simple, joyful, and realistic. No guilt. No restriction. Just really, really good granola. And granola is just the beginning.....
