At Level Playing Field Inc. (LPF), we believe accessibility should never be an afterthought. Founded by Certified Venue Professional (CVP) and ADA Coordinator Darby Lee Young, we bring deep lived experience, technical knowledge, and design expertise to every project. We make sure accessibility is integrated from the start, not added later. We work across public, private, and institutional sectors to transform environments. From stadiums and campuses to offices and public spaces, we help create inclusive, intuitive places that welcome everyone.
