We create value for shareholders through master planning and entitling our significant land holdings, by building homes in our own communities and by selling lots to third-party builders. Brookfield Residential Properties Inc. was formed on March 31, 2011, from the merger of Brookfield Office Properties’ residential division (Carma Developers LP) and Brookfield Homes Corporation.
