Telsec Tel^sec – (“Tel”ephone “Sec”retarial) Telsec was the WeWork of yesterday, offering small office space with full administrative support. Our tag was “Fully Equipped Offices For Less Than The Cost Of A Secretary”. Our first location opened in 1981 and grew to 6 locations, and while we no longer run the Business Centres in the traditional form, we are still catering to small business of every type and size. Today we provide space for over 200 small businesses in our small and large bay flex industrial, retail and office spaces. We’re quite proud of the fact that for many of those businesses we were their first landlord and we’ve been able to manage their growth and their needs over the years. We still have a handful of tenants that started with us in the Business Centre and are still with us today…how great is that?! We were recently described by one of our new tenants as “small business friendly”, I couldn’t agree more. Kris Van Grieken | President
