Founded by two bread loving brothers, KOOSHY brings a fun, highly differentiated, premium brand into the previously "stale" crouton, breadcrumb and stuffing pantry categories. Quality matters. Kooshy is the first and only Non-GMO Project Verified crouton, breadcrumb and stuffing. Our sourdough croutons can be found in Whole Foods, Target, Sprouts, Fresh Market, Fresh Thyme, Costco and many other great retail partners. Our sourdough panko breadcrumbs are made with no seed oil, no sugar + they're vegan and dairy free. Similarly, our stuffing is made with no seed oil (also vegan/dairy free) and has dual prep flexibility on the stove top + oven. Pstttt....if you were curious, Kooshy comes from the French word couche (pronounced KOOSH) which is a traditional proofing cloth used in the bread baking process.
