Knowledgeable Consumption is a Not-for-profit organization that is operating and developing Ottawas premiered beverage festivals. We currently feature two festivals that we deliver to the Ottawa region with other events in the works. The Ottawa Beer Festival is the largest beer festival in eastern Ontario. We are entering into our ninth year and we have seen amazing growth. The support from the industry as well as our community has shown that this is a festival that will lead the community for many years to come. The festivals main focus on craft beer we also present a few international beers and some ciders. The Whisky Ottawa Festival has brought together again more whiskeys under one roof that has ever seen before in the Ottawa region. This fifth edition of Whiskey Ottawa Festival has been sold out inadvance of the event, again showing the love for whisky in the Ottawa region. The City of Ottawa is the second largest whiskey market in Ontario. As our city grows and so does the services and entertainment within it, we have brought over 100 whiskys together for sampling at this years edition of Whiskey Ottawa. Whiskey Ottawa, another premier festival that is growing to great success in the Ottawa market. We design our whisky experience packages to your requirements. You may have specific requests when it comes to the whiskies you would like to introduce to your clients. Being a person with whisky knowledge or no whisky knowledge at all we will work with you to create a whisky tutoring experience for a whisky food pairing dinner evening that your clients and colleagues will appreciate and speak of to their friends.
