Peoples Climate Summit Klimaforum09 was your climate summit, the global civil society counterpart of the official 2009 UN conference, COP15, in the Copenhagen. Klimaforum09 was took place from December 7 to December 18 2009 and was attended by 50.000 people. Klimaforum09 offered more than 200 inspiring talks, 70 exhibitions and stands, 40 climate films and documentaries, global music, theater, invited guest speakers and much more. One of the central outcomes of Klimaforum09 was the 'People’s Declaration – System Change, Not Climate Change' which was signed by more than 300 individuals and numerous individuals from all corner of the world.
