Kettlebell Seminars Ltd was formed in 2007 and Kettlercise® was the idea developed and raised by its founders Guy Noble the UK’s #1 Kettlebell Trainer and his business partner Adrian Burton who first took kettlebell training to the masses on his ITV program Fat Families in 2004. It took over 5 years of testing, tweaking and refining to develop the Kettlercise® program into what it is today. Our Mission is Simple; we're here to help people achieve their fitness goals and live healthier, happier lives.
