Justaddwater Information

JustAddWater builds custom LMS platforms that organizations own outright. No per-seat licensing, no vendor lock-in. The problem we solve: Most organizations start on a commercial LMS because it is fast to launch. Then headcount grows, per-seat costs climb, and the platform still does not match how they actually train. Adding a new department, partner network, or franchise group means either paying for another instance or forcing everyone into one flat environment that suits nobody. What we do: We build learning platforms that fit your structure instead of the other way around. That includes multi-tenant setups where each department, region, or partner gets its own branded portal while central admin pushes mandatory training everywhere at once. It includes deep integration with the systems you already run, from Microsoft 365 to your HR stack. And it includes the compliance reporting auditors ask for, not the reports a vendor decided to ship. You own the platform. You control the roadmap. Your costs stop scaling with your headcount. Proof: We recently replaced a commercial LMS for a Canadian pharmacy network covering more than 1,500 users, moving them to a fully owned multi-tenant platform with automated onboarding and partner training built in. We also build products used across the eLearning ecosystem: XtoSCORM for multi-format SCORM conversion, CourseTransit for connecting Moodle with WordPress and WooCommerce, and CourseRelay for SCORM support in LearnDash. Why us 13 years of engineering. Deep Moodle, IOMAD, and SCORM expertise. Typical delivery in 30 days. If your LMS bill grows every time you hire, let's talk.
