JumpStart is an executive search agency focused on the information technology and accounting/finance fields. Our mission is twofold; to provide hiring managers with qualified applicants without regard to race, religion, national origin, sex or age while maintaining a number of diverse open job requisites for our applicant pool. Primary duties involve sourcing I.T. candidates for domestic opportunities, but have also been responsible for sourcing candidates in the Executive, Accounting, Sales, and Clerical arenas.
