JOURNEY COVENANT CHURCH-TORRANCE CA Information

Journey is a casual church. People often wear jeans, shorts and sandals. How long are your services? Each service lasts approximately 65 minutes and includes music, singing, and a down-to-earth Bible-based sermon. After the service, members of our prayer team are available to pray for specific needs. You are cordially invited to stay for refreshments in the patio area following the service. Our Friends of Angels Class (9:30 a.m. Sunday mornings) is designed to provide loving care, activities and Bible teaching for children with autism. The class is staffed with one autism specialist and several trained volunteers. Activities and teaching are tailored to meet the needs of individual children. We also conduct an outstanding weekend camp each August for families affected by autism. More information about Friends of Angels Camp is available at www.friendsofangels.org. Do you have classes for children? Our children's program is a key part of Journey's ministry. Sunday morning nursery care is provided for infants through 2 years of age. Classes are provided for children through 5th grade. We also have programs for junior high (grades 6-8) and high school students (grades 9-12) which meet at 10:45 on Sunday mornings.
