We are great believers in the benefits of activity on all sorts of aspects of our life. We love getting out with friends (new and old!) in the outdoors, and believe that it should always be fun and inclusive. A massive part of what we do is trying to make sure everyone’s supported, but in particular the person at the back of the pack! Based out of our office in Kendal, Cumbria, we offer a wide range of programmes from couch to 5k through to one-to-one coaching and everything in between. We work with individuals, businesses and schools to help people become more active through jogging and athletics-related activities
