iVox is Australia’s premier wholesale telecommunications provider. Our reason for being is simple – we help telco’s be telco’s, no matter how big or small. We offer a range of voice services and associated systems, either as fully hosted white label services, or as pure wholesale upstream services to established players. We live and breathe Voice over IP. Our core infrastructure and our main suite of services are designed to help service providers and their customers with the migration to the next generation in voice technology. Of course no VOIP offering is complete without broadband, so we provide that too. However we also know that legacy voice services have some life left in them yet – and so we offer the full range of traditional PSTN telephone services such as Analogue and ISDN lines. Billing is perhaps one of the most complex and daunting aspects of being a telephone service provider. Our hosted billing portal takes care of the hard stuff behind the scenes, and is operated from a simple web GUI.
