עמותת "ישראל בשביל אופניים" פועלת לעידוד השימוש באופניים ולהגברת בטיחות הרוכבים. המשאב העיקרי שלנו, המאפשר לייצר את ההצלחות מול משרדי הממשלה, הכנסת, הרשויות המקומיות, רשות הטבע והגנים, רכבת ישראל וגופים רלוונטים נוספים, הם אלפי החברים בארגון. אנחנו מזמינים גם אתכם להצטרף ולהיות שותפים לקידום המהפיכה הדו גלגלית בישראל. The Israel Bicycle Association promotes bicycle transportation and bike culture in Israel, aiming to improve the quality of life, the environment, public health and road safety, while also working to minimize social disparities. Our members are volunteers in different cities, promoting cycling issues in their local communities. Many others participate in various projects, including: Public Policy, Planning, Bike2Work, Bikes and Public Transportation. The organization won the prestigious Green Globe award for successful environmental campaigns in 2008.
