We provide soil and groundwater remediation, decommissioning/demolition, sensitive habitat and waterway restoration and water/wastewater treatment services throughout California. ICS’ diverse market sectors include environmental engineers and consultants, defense and aerospace, federal government, education, municipalities, public works, utilities, chemical, oil & gas, energy, power, petrochemical, development, and manufacturing. Founded in 1999 by environmental engineering and remedial/general construction professional, the company’s co-founders bring both a technical and practical background to the business, which has served as a model for the development of the organization. ICS’ leadership team is comprised of former engineers, environmental scientists and experienced construction managers who work hand-in-hand with superintendents, heavy equipment operators, plumbers and skilled technicians.
