In 2006, Don Archer, P.E., founded PQM to dedicate his efforts to the idea that quality management could be improved in the A/E/C industry. His goal was to build a team of subject matter experts to support agencies, engineering firms, and contractors in the delivery of complex projects. In 2014, Don’s daughter, Erin Hoy, joined the firm to marry her business expertise with the team’s success in quality management consulting. Together, Don and Erin have built a passionate, experienced, and productive team whose core focus is client satisfaction. PQM recently expanded its consulting services to include Project Controls and Training Programs. PQM is a woman-owned and operated small business headquartered in Orange County, with offices in Los Angeles and Austin.
