About Infotility. Infotility is a pure-play software company providing distributed grid intelligence to the renewable and sustainable communities and the electric utility industry. Our product offering, the “GridAgents Suite™”, has been developed in cooperation with two of the nation’s largest Investor Owned Utilities and local communities and developments and has specific integration and decision support applications on electric distribution networks and emerging SmartGrid deployments. Infotility’s software is used to improve both system operations and asset utilization, while integrating renewables and other distributed energy and demand response programs. Infotility’s headquarters is located in Boulder, Colorado, with a branch office in Novato, California. Infotility has ceased to exist.
