There are hundreds of coaches out on the market offering their services to help with personal development. IGF Coaching is different. Instead of simply setting agreed monthly objectives, our interest lies in the nature of blockage and self-repeating motifs which often combine to prevent sustainable growth. Self-imposed limitations are normally internally generated by an individual out of their own personal experience but when transported into a working environment can very much limit natural potential and career success. Dealing with senior executives over many years, it became clear that a better way of enabling change was needed if transitional growth is to occur. At IGF Coaching our coaches are trained to look for unhelpful working patterns which never seem to fully go away. We are focused on helping individuals become better at what they do by helping them think about why they do what they do and how they can overcome any negative self-constructed motifs which prevent change.
